What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We use them to reply to you, to prepare a quote, and - if you become a client - to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We never sell your information or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for no longer than we need them and then deleted or anonymised. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires us to, for example for tax purposes.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people find and use this site and whether our advertising works. These set cookies in your browser. If you choose Reject, they set no cookies; Google may still receive basic, cookieless information that a page was visited. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
